Sleeping 8, The Granary offers a home away from home within the gorgeous setting of Rossie Ochil Estate up in the Ochil Hills of Perthshire. You’ll feel a million miles from it all yet the city of Perth is only a 30 minute drive away. Perthshire is the ideal base if you’re looking to explore Scotland, located only a short distance away from both Edinburgh and Glasgow.

The Granary has four spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining table and utility room. The living room leads on to the games room complete with a pool table. From the living room you can also access your secure garden from the patio doors, here you will also find your private hot tub…the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Perthshire.

Rossie Ochil is the perfect place to relax and unwind, guests can enjoy the tranquil setting and take in the scenery whilst out walking around the estate.

Sleeps The Granary sleeps 8 - 10

Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. The Granary will sleep a maximum of 10 with the addition of 2 guest beds or travel cots for children only. Children and babies are included in group total.

Dogs We allow up to 3 dogs in The Granary at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00, 2 dogs will cost £45.00 and 3 dogs will cost £60.00 per stay.

Bedrooms All four bedrooms are upstairs and can be set as super king or twin.

Bathroom There are 2 shower rooms in The Granary and 1 bathroom with shower over bath.

Facilities 50/50 split fridge freezer plus an additional fridge in the utility, toaster, kettle, range cooker with induction top, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, games room with pool table, bluetooth speaker, private hot tub.

WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.

Arrival & Departure The Granary has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.

Outside The Granary offers an enclosed garden to the back of the property with patio area complete with table and chairs and your private hot tub.

Parking There is a parking area to the front of the cottage.

Group Booking All bookings made for our larger properties are subject to our Group Terms. Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25. If this is the case please contact us prior to making the booking in order that we may discuss your requirements further.
