This traditional cottage with a modern twist offers accommodation for 6 in three bedrooms with an open plan living space downstairs; perfect for getting together to cook, play games and spend quality time together. Outside, the private and enclosed patio area with hot tub is ideal for relaxing after a day of activities, sit back and take in the peaceful surroundings and when the light goes down you can’t beat star gazing into the night.

Rossie Ochil Estate may seem like you are in the middle of nowhere, however, you are only a 30 minute drive from Perth and it is located only a short distance away from both Edinburgh and Glasgow. The Perthshire area is also extremely famous for golf and plays host to some of the world’s best courses including the stunning Gleneagles.

Sleeps The Old Byre sleeps 6.

Family An additional guest bed or travel cot can be added to your booking if you have young children. The Old Byre will sleep a maximum of 7 with the addition of 1 guest bed or travel cot for children only.

Dogs We allow up to 2 dogs in The Old Byre at an additional cost. 1 dog will cost £30.00 and 2 dogs will cost £45.00.

Bedrooms All bedrooms are upstairs. The master and one other bedroom can be set as a super king or twin, the third bedroom is a set double.

Bathroom Upstairs the master has an en-suite shower room, there is also a family bathroom with a handheld shower over the bath. Downstairs there is a shower room.

Facilities 50/50 fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer located in master bedroom, TV & DVD player, bluetooth speaker, private hot tub.

WiFi We have free WiFi in all of our properties, and you will find the password in your welcome book. Please note that we cannot guarantee the signal strength or quality. Bookings should not be made if they are wholly reliant upon the uninterrupted provision of WiFi.

Arrival & Departure The Old Byre has flexible entry dates. Arrival time is any time from 4pm. Departure is 10am.

Outside The Old Byre has an enclosed patio area complete with table and chairs and your private hot tub.

Parking There is a parking area across from the cottage.

Security Deposit The Old Byre has a £250.00 Security Deposit Due 7 Days Prior to Arrival

Group Booking All bookings made for our larger properties are subject to our Group Terms. Group and single sex bookings are welcome with the understanding that from 10pm we ask guests to respect the need for privacy and quiet by other guests. The locations are not suitable for stag and hen groups looking to play loud music and use our facilities for parties. We do not normally take bookings where more than half the party is aged 17-25. If this is the case please contact us prior to making the booking in order that we may discuss your requirements further.
